Join our team as a Real Estate Transaction Administrator!
In this administrative role, the Transaction Administrator brings hands on expertise to support our agents, associates and clients while providing outstanding customer service. This client facing role, processes deals and commission payouts, managing inquiries and communicates with all agents to ensure all TFN's processes, policies and standards are met.
What You'll Bring:
3 + years of related experience in a real estate brokerage
Knowledge & proficiency of pre-construction transactions required
LoneWolf Back Office knowledge an asset
Proficiency in all MS Office applications
Post secondary education with a focus on accounting or related experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, customer service skills, problem solving and organizational time management skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
