Support children facing developmental challenges as a part time Respite Worker with Side by Side Therapy. Your compassionate care will help enhance the quality of life for both children and their families.

Side by Side Therapy is looking for dedicated individuals to work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In this part time role, you will assist children with self-care, engage in recreational activities, and provide essential updates to their families.

Respite care will also be provided on an emergency basis when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
Support clients in self-care and play activities
Update family members about client’s condition
Make home visits for clients with various diagnoses
Write detailed progress notes on client goals
Report any concerns regarding child safety

Requirements:
Experience working with people with disabilities
Outgoing and proactive demeanor
Patient, trustworthy, and reliable
First Aid Certification is a plus
Automobile License is beneficial
