Are you a driven leader ready to take the next step in restaurant management? We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for McDonald's Owen Sound, ON, to help lead daily operations, develop a robust team, and drive sales and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team (on floor) to deliver excellent guest service
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff and assist in training and development of crew members
Conduct performance reviews and set staff work schedules
Implement operational procedures and organize/maintain inventory
Address guest complaints and ensure a positive guest experience
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Review KPIs, adjust tactics to align with business needs, and communicate effectively to Shift Leaders and Crew
Regularly set, review,
and update performance expectations with Shift Leaders
Drive sales and profitability through effective management
