We are partnered up with the leading property management company for one the most central and connected locations in Metro Vancouver. This position would be the management of a large retail centre.

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor who is energized by change and inspired by cutting-edge opportunities to help transform our city into a better and more vibrant place. We are looking for a seasoned leader to elevate the property operations, fostering a culture grounded in responsiveness, high standards, ownership, and continuous improvement.

This position will involve a lot of moving parts, with recent construction projects, developments, and operational upgrades. This position would require a go-getter attitude and the ability to roll with the punches.

Compensation
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
RRSP match
Extended Benefits
3 weeks of vacation

Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance programs of all building and site equipment including fire/life, HVAC, electrical, security, and building management systems.
Maintain positive tenant relationships through effective communication
Coordinate tenant and landlord construction activities
Oversee health and safety operations in the building
Provide leadership,



development and motivation to the over-arching operations team.
Analyzing budgets, forecast, and variance analysis.
Provide leadership and support for capital projects.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with related work experience in similar environments with comparable building systems.
Minimum 5th class engineering ticket, a 4th class is preferred.
Previous experience with Commercial, Retail, or Residential properties.
