Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor progress
Document care and communicate with care teams
Administer medications under established protocols
Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
Assist in the orientation of current staff and students

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program
Current BC nursing registration
Basic life support certification required
Solid analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
