As part of the ONE team, your primary duty will be to engage with clients, providing expert counsel on Autopac and Driver Licensing products. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service to all insurance clients
Process transactions accurately and professionally
Use the Prospector Program to create customer leads

Requirements:
Preferred one year of insurance or customer service experience
A valid Manitoba General Insurance License is advantageous
Familiarity with Applied EPIC is a bonus
Robust multitasking and organizational skills
