Job Description:

We are looking for reliable General Labor – Warehouse Associates to join our team in Brantford. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment as part of a team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks/containers safely and efficiently
Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations
Perform regular stock counts and inventory checks
Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies




Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisor
Use RF scanners or basic computer systems to track inventory (if applicable)

Requirements

Requirements
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an asset, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
Steel-toed boots required
Good communication skills
