The Role
-Reporting to the manager, network and communications, the network -administrator will participate in supporting enterprise operations and -provide technical support as an operations team member in Camecos -Business Technology Services department.
This is a 2-year temporary position.
In this role, you will:
-Monitor, support, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure and services.
-Configure and maintain Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies.
-Participate in network projects including deployments, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
-Investigate network incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
-Respond to operational issues and work collaboratively with business and technical teams to restore services.
-Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
-Research and evaluate emerging networking technologies and best practices.
Required:
-bachelors degree in computer science or a related field;
-three to five years of enterprise networking experience; and
-equivalent combination of education and work experience considered.
