Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medication within LPN practice scope
• Monitor resident health and report changes
• Create and implement care plans collaboratively
• Document accurately with PointClickCare, eMAR
• Foster positive relationships with residents and families

Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma required
• Positive standing with BCCNM
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred
• Must be available for overnight shifts
