We are looking for a dedicated Crisis Worker to join our committed health team. You will engage directly with individuals facing mental health crises, providing timely triage services, conducting safety assessments, and forming team-oriented relationships with local support agencies. Daily, you will focus on making a positive impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Triage crisis calls and deliver immediate support
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement intervention plans collaboratively




• Partner with law enforcement for mobile assessments
• Provide thorough follow-up with clients following crises

Requirements:
• University degree in Psychology, Nursing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in mental health
• Familiar with mental health legislation and intervention practices
• Openness to continuous learning and diversity training
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and work 12-hour shifts
