We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team.

This person has the working availability Monday through Sunday, early morning/afternoon/evening. These shifts do not exceed a 40 hour work week.

What we’re looking for:

Enthusiasm towards their career and the people around them

A minimum of one year experience in Tim Hortons

Open and flexible availability to work Monday through Sunday early morning/afternoon/evening shifts

Reliable means of transportation to and from work

A sense of urgency and are self motivated to perform well under a variety of working conditions





Adaptability to change and possesses the ability to make decisions

Ability to work extremely well with our guests, employees and fellow management

Ability to supervise and co‑ordinate staff

Has strong leadership qualities, ready to work through challenges, willing to lead the team with kindness and passion

Leading the team in meeting daily targets and goals

Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales, wastage

Ensure food service and quality control

Passionate about customer service and working as part of a team

Good verbal and written communication skills

Energetic, strong work ethic, flexible with the ability to quickly learn new skills

Uses proper procedures to ensure quality standards are met at all times

Helps support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to fill orders and meet guest needs
