Make a difference with the Calgary John Howard Society as a Program Facilitator in the Employment Hub. This full time position supports adults navigating challenges related to the criminal justice system.

In this role, you'll report to the Employment Hub Manager and coordinate a variety of programs aimed at personal growth and economic independence. You'll facilitate workshops and network with community partners to enhance client success. Key responsibilities also include accurate data management and maintaining compliance with program standards, showcasing your commitment to client impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate annual workshops and certifications
• Facilitate supportive skill development sessions
• Network to promote the Employment Hub and its services




• Handle data collection, documentation, and reporting
• Attend team meetings and provide necessary support coverage

Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills
• Familiarity with the criminal justice system is an asset
• Experience with marginalized populations is advantageous
• Brain Story Certification is considered an asset
• Provide a recent Criminal Record Check
