You will facilitate smooth overnight operations, enhance guest check-ins, and manage financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm welcome and customer service overnight
• Accurately perform check-in and check-out tasks
• Complete nightly audits of accounts and transactions




• Monitor and assist with guest arrivals and requests
• Ensure hotel security and cleanliness throughout the night

Requirements:
• Strong passion for guest services and hospitality
• Previous experience in hotel operations required
• Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
