We are looking for an assistant manager (optician) to join our team in Saint-Lambert.

Your role:

Support the manager in the clinic’s day-to-day operations

Motivate and guide the team in achieving their goals

Provide an exceptional customer experience

Advise patients and perform professional duties related to the role of an optician

Help track sales, conversion rates, and the clinic’s various goals

Help maintain an efficient organization and a positive team dynamic

Take over management duties when necessary
