As a Housing Maintenance Worker, you will report directly to the Housing Manager while collaborating with tenants to manage maintenance requests and inspections. This position necessitates general maintenance skills, record-keeping, and engagement in training sessions. Your work ensures that housing conditions remain protected and sustainable for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Housing Manager and Clerk for maintenance tasks
• Lead and facilitate housing inspections and reports
• Manage administrative duties,



including record-keeping
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills
• Provide flexible on-call support as needed

Requirements:
• Competent in Microsoft Word and similar software
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
• Experience in building maintenance or trades is an advantage
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent desired
• Satisfactory criminal and vulnerable sector checks
