Advance your career with a contract Accounts Payable Assistant position in Richmond, BC. This role is fully on-site and supports invoice management during a software transition.

Be part of a team-oriented finance environment within a Healthcare Manufacturing organization that’s currently modernizing its systems. This role offers a unique opportunity for accounting students or early-career professionals to engage in all aspects of Accounts Payable. As you assist in day-to-day operations, there could be potential for taking on more complex tasks as your skills develop.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and organize invoices for the Accounts Payable team
• Transfer invoices into the imaging system for accuracy




• Maintain detailed records for invoices during busy periods
• Update vendor information for efficiency
• Assist the finance team by managing backlog

Requirements:
• Enrolled in or completed education in Accounting or Finance
• Understanding of accounting principles such as debits and credits
• Attention to detail for data entry required
• Previous experience in administration preferred
• Willingness to learn and collaborate
