Accountant will be a vital part of the finance team, managing full-cycle accounting and supporting financial reporting efforts. Your expertise will contribute to the accuracy of monthly close activities and improve systems, enhancing the organization's overall mission. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete accounting functions and journal entries
- Assist with financial reporting and analytics
- Maintain accuracy in month-end closing processes
- Drive process enhancements within the finance department
- Work closely with the Director of Finance Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficient in journal entries and month-end closing
- CPA qualification is advantageous, not essential
