Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and monitor workforce activity
• Communicate risks of missed performance targets

• Maintain inventory controls and create SAP requisitions
• Investigate and address operational exceptions as needed

Requirements:
• Two years of leadership in a warehouse environment
• Solid skills in Excel and data reporting
• Knowledge of SAP and its application
• Excellent communication skills for team interactions
