Be an integral part of Pangeo Group's Vaughan, Ontario plant as a Logistics Coordinator. You will ensure effective production and delivery schedules while handling customer orders with efficiency.

This logistics-focused position requires exceptional organizational abilities and a data-oriented mindset to streamline production cycles and manage inventory. You will be the primary liaison for customers, tracking order statuses, and maintaining optimal coordination of suppliers and logistics providers. Analyze data to drive improvements in process efficiency and plan adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and adjust production schedules based on customer demand
• Coordinate shipping logistics and manage customs clearance




• Supervise warehouse activities and maintain shipping documentation
• Track material orders and resolve supply chain issues
• Compile data reports on inventory and delivery performance

Requirements:
• At least 1 year in logistics or production planning
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience with freight shipping and customs
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Excel
• Understanding of ISO 14001 management standards is beneficial
