Job Description

Assists in Guest Recovery

Complete self-evaluations

Develops skills of supervisors and team members

Manages food cost, labor and other controllable costs

Review and approve food invoices

Candidate will be eligible for $300.00 monthly bonuses based upon performance above salary

Pension Plans & Health advantages available after probationary period

Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required. Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
