Help nurture students with complex needs as a temporary teacher in our Division Schools focused on Grades 7-9. Your expertise will guide diverse learners towards success.

We are looking for two temporary 1.0 FTE teachers to start promptly and support Junior High students with unique educational challenges. With the Alberta Education Classroom Complexity Grant, this role emphasizes team-oriented teaching and tailored interventions that meet the needs of students facing behavioral or mental health hurdles. Your compassionate approach will help create a safer, more supportive educational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers and the Complexity Team
• Conduct individualized and small-group instruction




• Use strength-based approaches for positive outcomes
• Document and adapt support strategies as needed

Requirements:
• Certification to teach in Alberta necessary
• Experience supporting students with social-emotional needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive Catholic educational environment
