Specific job functions...

Greet customers as they come in for service in a friendly and professional manner

Review history & current vehicle data to promote required service & recommendations, including monthly specials

Accurately document client concerns, initial costs and contact information on the repair orderKeep clients updated with vehicle status

Accurately report diagnostics and estimates to the customer

Document approved repairs and update promise times

Review all written notes and charges on the invoice once repairs are completed and prior to billing

Review and ensure all open RO's are closed as quickly as possible

Perform other duties related to skills and experience as required by management
