Big White Ski Resort is seeking an experienced Team Lead for its Adult's Ski & Board School leadership team for the upcoming winter season. The role combines operational leadership two days weekly with teaching three days a week, in both group and private settings.
Ideal candidates will have CSIA/CASI Level 2+ or international equivalent, robust leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while mentoring fellow instructors.
