Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct repairs and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
• Address and resolve guest maintenance requests promptly
• Perform regular safety and functionality inspections




• Execute preventive maintenance to avoid equipment downtime

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of building maintenance experience
• Service experience in the hotel industry preferred
• Skilled in various mechanical and technical areas
• High School diploma or GED required
• Physical ability to meet job demands
