Kawartha Financial Services seeks a Data Quality Associate for part time work in Peterborough, ON. Your role will involve member engagement and data retrieval.

This position is permanent and involves 28-32 hours per week. You will work closely with members over the phone, updating their financial information and ensuring their comfort during interactions. Identify opportunities for further engagement and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with members to update essential data
• Resolve data discrepancies in one call
• Detect additional member service opportunities
• Provide referrals for more financial products or services
• Assist with data entry and other administrative projects

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year in a customer service role, preferably in banking
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Must disclose vaccination status if applicable
