COBS Bread is seeking a Bakery Production Manager in Calgary to lead a small team, bake from scratch each morning, and ensure top-quality products for customers. You will train staff, manage production schedules, and uphold a clean, effective bakery operation.
Ideal candidates bring supervisory bakery experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to forecast production based on data. Previous COBS experience is a plus and a flexible, energetic start to the day is valued.
