Fort Garry Industries is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor at our Mississauga branch. Supervise daily operations and enhance efficiency in inventory management and logistics.

This role involves overseeing warehouse tasks including receiving, inventory upkeep, and staff management. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will leverage your five years of experience to boost customer satisfaction and ensure safety protocols are followed. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing operations and guiding your team to meet FGI’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee product receiving and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate logistics and truck dispatching efficiently
• Schedule and manage picking and packing staff




• Champion safety culture and conduct periodic staff meetings
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in training recent hires

Requirements:
• Five years of warehouse experience, including two in supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Experience with RF scanners, forklifts preferred
• Valid driver’s license desired but not mandatory
• Must be capable of physical tasks including lifting and standing
