In your role as an Advanced Practice Nurse Educator at UHN, you will be an integral member of the Toronto Rehab Bickle Centre team. Reporting to the Qualified Practice Manager, this position centers on enhancing patient care through education, mentorship, and practice-based training. Your valuable contributions will foster interdisciplinary collaboration and improve nursing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and facilitate education tailored to nursing staff needs
• Mentor nurses for effective career development
• Collaborate on clinical and education initiatives across UHN




• Engage in committees sharing best practices
• Lead program evaluations and support quality improvement efforts

Requirements:
• Must hold registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Master’s degree in nursing or education necessary
• Proven experience in adult education and program evaluation
• Completion of a Basic Life Support (BLS) course required
• Three years nursing experience preferred in relevant fields
