The Gathering Place is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise and enhance facility operations. This temporary full time role includes various maintenance responsibilities and staff leadership.

In this position, you will ensure The Gathering Place operates smoothly and safely until March 31, 2027. Your experience in maintenance and your ability to supervise staff will be vital in fulfilling service requests and improving preventative strategies. Your leadership will guide both daily activities and emergency responses to maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute general repairs and maintenance tasks across trades
• Manage daily service requests and maintenance priorities
• Supervise outside contractors and maintenance personnel




• Conduct inspections to maintain building standards
• Troubleshoot and address maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:
• Certificate in Carpentry or related qualifications
• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Successful history of leading maintenance staff
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license and background clearance required
