Halton Healthcare is seeking a Child and Youth Worker to join the Inpatient Paediatric Unit. The CYW will collaborate on treatment plans and support hospitalized youth and their families, focusing on eating disorders and mental health goals.
The role works with paediatricians, psychiatrists, social workers and nurses to ensure continuity of care. Ideal candidates hold a CYW certificate/diploma or degree and have 3–5 years of relevant hospital experience.
