Elevate workplace safety as a Health and Safety Representative for Amazon's WHS team. In this role, you’ll offer essential first aid services and champion associate health.

The successful candidate will be the first line of support for Amazon Associates, managing first aid and health education. Your responsibilities will include case management reviews and direct interactions with workers to coach secure practices. Engage with the WHS team to uphold the highest standards of health and safety onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first aid and coordinate medical referrals
• Lead injury risk awareness and prevention education
• Document all care and maintenance activities
• Manage return-to-work programs effectively
• Conduct first aid training sessions as necessary

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid certifications in CPR and first aid
• Ability to lift and manage physical tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible shift work including some nights and weekends
