Position ProfileWe are currently looking for aSummer Studentto provide general support to our Mental Health & Addiction Program.Employment Status:Temporary Full TimeDuration:August 2026Hours of Work:Day shifts from Monday to Friday, occasional evenings and/or weekends may be required – subject to change as per Management RightsLocation:Humber River Health, Hennick Humber Hospital - Wilson site (onsite)Labour Group:Non UnionHourly Rate:$20.00Reporting Relationship:Program Director, Mental Health & AddictionsResponsibilitiesSupport duties and provide backfill support to the Program AssistantsProvide meeting / minute / calendar support during periods of vacancy or vacation backfillFront desk assignment and supportAdministrative tasks associated with the leadership teamReporting any problems or concerns to the Program DirectorsSpecial project related responsibilities as requestedQualificationsMust be actively enrolled in post‑secondary education.Previous experience in administrative or customer service support required.Candidates from the North West Toronto community are especially encouraged to apply; preference will be given to local residents.Intermediate/proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Superior organizational skills and detail‑oriented.Able to work independently and as a member of a team.Ability to multitask competing priorities.Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced,
