The company delivers customized multi‑asset solutions across public and private markets to institutional, financial intermediary, and private wealth clients worldwide.ResponsibilitiesExecute group consolidation as part of the month‑end close process and prepare interim and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Serve as subject‑matter expert in the company’s ERP system (SAP).Oversee the month‑end close and perform group consolidation in a multi‑currency environment.Review elimination entries and reconciliations to support consolidated financial results.Coordinate and manage post‑close adjustments.Act as a key support resource to divisional accounting teams.Prepare and review supporting schedules, analysis, and disclosures for quarterly consolidated financial statements and internal reporting.Assist in the preparation of Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A;).Review corporate journal entries and monthly and quarterly reconciliations.Actively participate in ERP system management to identify efficiencies and improvements to the monthly close process.Coordinate with external auditors during the quarterly review and year‑end audit.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting.CPA designation with experience at a Big4 accounting firm.Minimum five years of experience with consolidation and financial reporting in a public‑company workplace.Experience training and coaching team members.Demonstrated knowledge of IFRS and its practical application.Experience with financial and consolidation systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Workiva.Excellent professional judgment, analytical capabilities, and organizational skills.Experience in Financial Services or Asset Management is a strong asset.Additional InformationSalary range: CAD108,000–120,000 (Ontario; may vary by candidate profile and experience).Hybrid work environment: four days in‑office per week.For positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French (both spoken and written) is mandatory; working English proficiency is also required.Fiera Capital is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, colour, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, or on the basis of disability, genetic information or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
