Join a high-visibility technology team supporting transaction detail initiatives across credit cards and deposit accounts within a major banking environment. This role focuses on business systems analysis, data mapping, API documentation, and integration support while partnering closely with technology and business stakeholders. The project supports new initiatives within online and mobile technology and involves collaboration across pod-based Agile teams.

The team operates within a large-scale banking technology environment with ongoing project demand and complex integration work.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 2 days onsite, 3 days work from home

Must Haves

- 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Thorough understanding of API back-end systems and documentation
- Hands-on use of Jira and Confluence
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Engineering

Nice to Have

- Banking or financial institution experience
- Agile certification
- Data migration and integration experience
- Clarity experience

Responsibilities

- Produce detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications
- Define and translate business requirements into user stories and specifications
- Research current state system capabilities and recommend technology solution options
- Support testing teams with test conditions and expected results
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, story refinement, and estimation activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impacts to systems and integration requirements




- Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
