- Supervise safe operations of refrigeration and heating plants
- Ensure compliance with Acadia University and Sodexo standards
- Develop and maintain maintenance programs
- Monitor plant performance and energy consumption
- Prepare detailed operational reports for management Requirements:
- 2nd Class Power Engineer’s Certificate for Nova Scotia
- 5+ years in utility operations experience
- Previous leadership in a union setting preferred
- Knowledge of energy efficiency principles
