ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a rigorous, talented, and collaborative team. You will be instrumental in delivering data-driven insights that inform critical decisions in health sciences, with a strong focus on designing and conducting studies using real-world data to generate actionable evidence. You will be expected to take full ownership of:

- Designing and delivering health economics, epidemiology, real-world evidence, and data analytics studies, including protocol development and advanced data analyses to support healthcare decision-making
- Preparing high-quality client deliverables, technical reports, scientific publications, and presentations that translate complex findings into actionable insights
- Collaborating directly with clients and project teams to understand needs, provide recommendations, and support project delivery
- Leading solution design, innovation,



and the resolution of complex analytical challenges while supporting the development of internal expertise and best practices
- Coaching junior consultant and providing innovative, well-reasoned solutions to complex technical challenges, while guiding project resources and junior staff to successfully meet timelines and client expectations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is passionate about data, curious, detail-oriented, enjoys learning as part of a team, and meets the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) or PhD degree in a quantitative field: epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, economics, mathematics, or statistics
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in econometrics or data science
- A M.Sc. with 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Or a PhD with 1 to years’ experience

- Demonstrated experience in quantitative research, data analysis, and interpretation of complex data
- Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language such as R, SAS, Stata, or Python
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in “client-facing work” is an asset
