Our OCM Team is expanding to meet the needs of the University's strategic transformation roadmap. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Change Management, the Senior Consultant, Organizational Change Management, applies various change management practices and methodologies to assist our teams and people in understanding and adopting changes in process, technology, policy and other impacts. A primary focus of this position is to build and strengthen enterprise-wide change management capacity and ensure project changes are sustained post-Go Live.

The incumbent provides strategic and operational change management expertise to enable the University to effectively plan for, implement, embed, and sustain organizational change across a diverse and complex setting.
