Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have : • Design, document, and maintain data governance processes, standards, and guiding principles to ensure consistent application across data domains in a federated model; • Drive and support initiatives related to data definition, semantics, data classification, data quality, metadata management and data lifecycle; • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of data governance activities with organizational frameworks and regulatory requirements; • Work with data owners and data stewards to operationalize governance in their respective domains; • Ensure consistency and harmonization of governance practices across data domains by aligning federated approaches with organizational standards; • Promote the adoption of data governance practices through concrete support for business units and active participation in governance committees; • Support and advise data stewards and business stakeholders to increase data governance maturity and strengthen shared responsibility; • Develop and deliver bilingual (French and English) training and awareness materials by popularizing complex data governance concepts; • Create and maintain how-to guides, toolkits, and learning resources to support the consistent application of governance processes and standards; • Apply structured change management methodologies, such as ADKAR, to support stakeholders in the adoption of data governance, manage resistance and drive behavior change; • Develop and implement communication strategies to demonstrate the value and objectives of data governance to diverse audiences; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance processes and tools based on feedback, indicators and lessons learned. The profile you are looking for is as follows: • Bachelor's degree in information management, business administration, communications or a related field; • Have more than seven (7) years of experience in data governance and organizational change management, ideally in large manufacturing organizations; • Master concepts and practices related to data definition and data semantics; • Demonstrate expertise in data governance, data stewardship, and data ownership models in a federated governance context; • Experience designing processes and business models; • Apply structured change management methodologies, including ADKAR, to drive data governance adoption; • Simplify complex data concepts and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization; • Knowledge of Collibra or an equivalent metadata management tool (an asset); • This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and qualified communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.

French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
