This role supports the development, testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement of an AI-Native SDLC supporting departmental initiatives. The work focuses on improving AI-enabled software delivery processes through usability, workflow evaluation, governance controls, and quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle. The position collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to improve adoption of AI-supported practices through evidence-based design approaches.

The role contributes to scalable and repeatable AI-native development processes through prototyping, workflow evaluation, and recommendations aligned with responsible AI principles.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in Software Development at public sector clients
- AI-Native SDLC development, testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement
