Salary range: $71,718.40 - $85,425.60. Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.

Paid leave: 3 weeks vacation per year

As the Alumni Engagement Officer , you’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering creative programming that celebrates our alumni, supports our students, and strengthens relationships across campus and beyond.

Reporting to the Manager, Alumni Engagement, you’ll lead projects that bring people together—whether through signature events, storytelling, or strategic partnerships. We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, has a sharp eye for detail, and brings a customer-first mindset to everything they do. You’re equal parts relationship builder, project manager, and event strategist. You’ll work closely with teams across Advancement, Communications, Marketing, SAIT’s schools anddepartments, and external partners to elevate alumni engagement and showcase the incredible impact of our graduates.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.
