As a Payroll and Tax Consultant at EMS, you will handle multi-functional responsibilities encompassing payroll issues and tax regulations. Collaborate effectively with internal partners, tax authorities, and third-party entities to ensure adherence to compliance standards. Your robust analytical skills will help address inquiries and enhance service processes across payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Payroll and Tax matters
• Collaborate on regulatory requirements and enhancements




• Implement SAP Notes and manage testing strategies
• Support quarter-end and year-end payroll processes
• Provide accurate responses to tax agency communications

Requirements:
• At least five years of payroll experience across states
• Testing experience preferred (3-5 years)
• Knowledgeable in payroll and tax laws
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree and Payroll Certification preferred
