Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for personal insurance clients, managing policy changes and inquiries
Provide tailored insurance advice based on client needs
Process quotes, policy updates, and claims support efficiently
Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions within the broker management system
Comply with all licensing requirements and ethical standards while delivering stellar service
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 year of experience in personal lines insurance, with brokerage experience preferred
RIBO license or enthusiastic to obtain it prior to starting
Knowledge of Ontario insurance products and carrier-specific procedures
Robust communication skills, comfortable managing a busy inbox and phone calls
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience and location
