With a focus on hygiene, quality, and efficient farming practices, you will guide your team to meet productivity goals and maintain the growing standards laid out in our operational blueprint.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise crop management and hygiene teams
• Ensure daily inspections and standards compliance
• Record all crop changes on charts promptly
• Drive continual improvement in farming practices




• Manage budgeting and efficiency monitoring

Requirements:
• University degree in relevant fields or substantial experience
• Minimum 5 years in mushroom farm management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven expertise in growing operations and financial planning
• Adaptable to versatile scheduling and traveling as needed
