Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages

Experience & Skill Set Requirements Technical Programming Skills - 50% Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies
Experience with middleware and gateways
Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging
Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team
Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
Experience in conducting impact assessments on Oracle E-Business application customizations and extensions.
Strong conversion experience in Account Receivable Collection modules
Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator
Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E-Business
Outstanding knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND
Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables
Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE
Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset
Analysis and Problem-Solving - 20% Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
AODA Experience - 5% Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
Soft Skills - 5% Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities to be able to oversee the quality assurance of the project from technical perspective
