Weldco Heavy Industries (WHI) is hiring a Production Administrator to join our team at our steel fabrication and repair facility in Fort McKay, Alberta .
This position supports production, purchasing, and financial administration while working closely with Production, Sales, Accounting, and Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities Prepare production reports, documentation, and work orders.
Open, manage, and financially close work orders.
Order materials and consumables and allocate materials to work orders.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Maintain accurate production routings and capacity information.
Support scheduling and help minimize production bottlenecks.
Qualifications Solid Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Experience with Business Central is an asset.
Education in a business, accounting, or supply chain is an asset.
Education in a welding or manufacturing environment is an asset.




Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
