Your Role
As Sales Coordinator , you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

Maintain accurate customer, account, and sales data across multiple systems and support data analysis and reporting

Support prospecting, customer development, and account planning through data collection, validation, and insights generation

Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure effective information sharing with internal stakeholders

Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution

Respond to customer requests and provide commercial,



technical, and corporate documentation as required

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Credit teams to support customer needs and strengthen customer relationships

Support and contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization, change management, project coordination, and sales activity tracking to drive operational excellence

What you bring
You're a natural fit for Sales Coordinator if you have:

College diploma (DEC) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

2–3 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination or customer service; manufacturing industry experience is preferred

Experience using Microsoft 365, SAP, and advanced Excel functions; experience with CRM systems and Power BI is an asset

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment

Analytical, resourceful, and adaptable professional with strong problem-solving skills; project management experience or training

Fluent in both English and French to effectively support customers and collaborate with teams across Canada and the United States
