Become an integral part of our team as an Estimator, focusing on bid preparation and quantity takeoffs for exciting civil and landscape projects. Your attention to detail will drive our project success.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator with 3–5+ years in heavy civil construction and landscaping. In this role, you will review and interpret project specifications, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with suppliers. You may also assist with project management tasks during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs for various scopes
• Prepare and evaluate cost estimates and bid submissions
• Coordinate RFQs and subcontractor quotations efficiently




• Analyze tenders and provide recommendations to management
• Support change order pricing and documentation tasks

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of estimating experience required
• Expertise in reading civil drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Valid G-Class driver’s license is essential
