Our organization is searching for a dedicated full time Program Supervisor to manage two childcare centres for children aged 0-12. You will ensure that individual needs are met while supporting a team of educators aligned with How Does Learning Happen. Additionally, you'll handle licenses, finance, and foster community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a team of early childhood educators
• Ensure adherence to educational foundations in programming
• Oversee licensing and administrative documentation
• Manage financial aspects of both centres
• Collaborate with local community partners

Requirements:
• College Diploma in Early Childhood Education required
• Active registration with CECE
• Five years in childcare and two years management
• Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations
• Completion of a Criminal Reference Check needed
