Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and coordinate annual maintenance filings for private company clients
• Monitor filing deadlines to ensure compliance and timely completion




• Update and maintain corporate records databases
• Assist with incorporations and corporate record transactions
• Communicate with clients regarding annual maintenance needs

Requirements:
• 2–4 years experience in Corporate Services or Corporate Records
• Proficient in ALF database and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with BC Registries and legal document management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities
