Take the lead as a Mechanical Shop Manager at EverLine Coatings in Sudbury. This role emphasizes your technical skills and leadership in managing our shop operations and fleet maintenance.

We are looking for a competent Red Seal Mechanic or Millwright to assume responsibility for our in-house shop. Your expertise will guide the management of our fleet, as well as the maintenance of equipment and small engines. You will also have a full time apprentice and resources to enhance shop functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose mechanical issues across various equipment types
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and preparations
• Oversee and manage all shop tools and equipment
• Fabricate replacement parts and systems as required
• Maintain proper documentation per job specifications

Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal certification in Mechanic or Millwright
• Experience in fleet and equipment management
• Effective fabrication and repair skills needed
• Self-starter with leadership capabilities
• English fluency; French language skills beneficial
